On Friday, the 2a classroom was transformed into a small circus world. Colorful decorations, which had been created together over the past few days, created a festive atmosphere.
The day began with a sumptuous buffet, which the children filled with the delicacies they had brought with them. There was great joy as soon as the delicacies were distributed. Afterwards, the program included a playful repetition of the circus words. A suitable reading game also provided variety and was clearly fun for the children. Everyone then concentrated on working in their circus exercise book.
In the second hour, the time had finally come: the buffet was opened. Many parents had lovingly baked and contributed a colorful variety of cakes and snacks.
Invigorated and full of energy, the artistic activities continued afterwards. In the art project, the children made colorful luno necklaces and juggling balls, which serve as beautiful souvenirs of the circus week. In between, happy souvenir photos were taken in front of the circus photo wall - and of course a picture with the class animal Bambu was not to be missed.
The school day ended with the dress rehearsal in the circus tent. The anticipation grew with every exercise - but so did the nervousness. All the children are now looking forward to the big performance on Saturday, where they will present their circus skills.
