It's going to be exciting in two weeks' time: that's when the big circus project with the Tausendtraum circus starts at our school. For one week, the children will be able to slip into the role of circus performers. At the end of the project week, they will show off their skills in colorful performances at the weekend.
Today was the first foretaste: the circus director and the circus mascot Luno, the moon, came to visit and introduced themselves in a cheerful introductory show. With wit, charm and a few little tricks, they explained to the children what exciting opportunities await them in the circus - whether juggling, acrobatics, clowning, magic or other artistic performances.
Particularly exciting: each child was then allowed to express two wishes as to which areas they would most like to try out.
The anticipation is great - and we are looking forward to the talents that our students will show in the circus ring!
