On May 29, the sponsored run finally took place after it had to be postponed due to the bad weather. The children were full of anticipation and motivation, as they had diligently collected sponsors beforehand who wanted to support them in their run.
The starting gun sounded four times on Thursday morning as the year groups set off on the running course one after the other. The route led across the schoolyard and around the school - a course that the children mastered with a lot of energy and joy. The children showed great commitment and a lot of enthusiasm. The parents, teachers and many spectators enthusiastically cheered on the runners.
The proceeds from the sponsored run go to the school's support association, which uses them to support projects and purchases for the pupils. The children were proud to do good and support their school through their efforts.
