On Thursday, 29.11.2023, the pupils of the Eilermark School immersed themselves in a world of creativity in a pre-Christmas atmosphere to create the first Advent craft day together.
All year groups got in the mood for the upcoming Christmas season with various Christmas craft activities. Window decorations were created, Advent calendars were prepared and various artistic lights were made for the upcoming festival of lights.
While the children were happily working on their craft projects in their classrooms, the smell of freshly baked waffles filled the corridors of the school. In addition to the craft activities, many parent volunteers donated waffles and baked waffles for the children's physical well-being.
At the end of the day, the pupils proudly presented their home-made creations in the classrooms and corridors. The Advent craft day will certainly remain a special highlight in everyone's memory and further increase the anticipation of the Christmas season.
